Returns & Refunds

Whilst we are confident you will be delighted with your order, we at Island Furniture Co understand there are occasions when you may want to return items, which is why our returns policy is designed to be simple and easy, allowing you to purchase with peace of mind. We accept returns up to 30 days from the day you receive delivery, thus allowing lots of time to review your purchase.

If you do decide to return any items, it works very easy, simply email us with your order number anytime within the 30 day period and we will process the return of your order. This will incur a collection charge and the goods must be unused ,in the original packaging and in the condition they were received in. For mattresses , the item must still be in original sealed packaging and unused. Upon receipt of the goods back to our warehouse in good condition we will refund the invoice amount back on your credit or debit card , this payment will be actioned in any event within 30 [thirty] days of receipt of goods. If you wish to cancel an order simply email us with your order number and provided the order is not bespoke or made to your specification we will refund the invoice amount back on your credit or debit card , this payment will be actioned as soon as possible or in any event within 30 [thirty] days of notification.

• All our goods carry a 12 month manufacturers guarantee against materials and workmanship faults.
• Bespoke orders and special commissions will be charged in full on order placement and not eligible for return or refund.
